Irwin glanced in Cedric’s direction and left.

Cedric remained rooted to the spot as he watched her get into the car and drive away. He stood in the chilling wind and was unable to snap out of his daze for a long time.

His phone vibrated, and it was a call from Christina. Cedric didn’t know how he answered, but he silently
listened to Christina crying on the other end of the line and was unable to make out a single word.
There was nothing between him and Natalie anymore. And instead of the pain he expected to see in her
eyes, there was only indifference and relief.

After leaving the restaurant, Natalie drove straight back to Elegance Bay.
She was genuinely exhausted these days. She had been working overtime for several days just for the collaboration with Premier Garden Corporation.
As she got out of the car, Natalie was greeted by the respectful butler.

“When did he arrive?” She asked as she walked in.
The butler followed closely and replied, “He arrived two hours ago. He didn’t want to inform you as he was worried it might affect your work.”

One of the things Stephen appreciated about her was her work attitude. Although he was her uncle, she couldn’t help but pass a comment: He was a capitalist through and through and couldn’t stand being idle!
Upon entering the room, she noticed the servants bustling around. All of them had a careful and nervous
expression on their faces.
Meanwhile, Stephen sat on the sofa, sipping coffee.
“Replace all the curtains tomorrow. And the exterior walls too. Contact the muralist to come, and that

“Uncle,” Natalie’s voice rang out.
When the servants noticed Natalie’s return, their faces were filled with relief and joy.
