Chapter 48
Meanwhile, in the hospital of the Dark sinister pack, a girl walked to room no. 2 and opened the door with a sigh.
“How are you feeling?” She asked the patient on the bed.
She didn’t move. She kept looking at her phone as her eyes only became colder at the asked question.
“Are you listening
“Are you
fucking dumb? I was shot in my thighs and punched square in the face. My physical wounds haven’t healed, and my ego has taken a blow that I don’t know if I would be able to get over easily. What do you expect me to say? Oh, I am feeling wonderful and not thinking about killing that bitch every second of my life,” Tiffany snarled at the girl.
The girl looked at her friend and didn’t know what to say. Tiffany was acting like she was wronged when all she got was the karma for what she did.
Who asked her to get the rogue girl almost harassed by her underlings? Even if the girl was a rogue, or someone she hates terribly, does that make it anything less horrible?
This wasn’t the first time she had done something like this to a girl. However, so far, no girl has gotten the guts to complain about it to their alpha or anyone.
Everyone knows that to survive in this pack, they need to be either powerful or pretty enough to catch the eyes of the powerful ones.
Tiffany was both powerful and pretty. There was a reason she was leading the female security of the pack for so many years.
“Are you bad–mouthing me in your head?” Tiffany asked her so–called friend, and the latter unpacked her food silently.
“I am not bad–mouthing you, Tiffany, but let’s agree. What you did was not good. You knew the alpha had his gaze on that rogue, so you must’ve held back no matter how jealous or hateful you felt for that girl. You should’ve known your boundaries, The girl said, and Tiffany looked at the girl for a few seconds before nodding.
“Leave, she said.
“But Tiffany, I am only trying to help you see the truth. Isn’t this why our alpha exploded? This wasn’t the first time you taught a lesson to a girl who was trying to be near the alpha to just catch his attention, but this was the first time you got such a hard backlash, didn’t you?” The girl asked, and Tiffany took a deep breath.
Just fucking leave, Daisy. My thighs might be shot, but it won’t stop me from cutting your air supply if you don’t leave in the next minute,” Tiffany said in as calm voice as she could.
Daisy sighed before leaving the food on the table and leaving the room, closing the door behind her
Tiffany sighed as soon as the girl left.
They don’t understand. No one ever fucking understands what she goes through.
All the sacrifices she has made so far. No one understands them.
She lost her parents because they wanted to fight with Kaiden’s father and protect the future alpha She never took it to heart. It was their duty as the protectors and warriors of the pack, but what about her heart?
She had always dreamt of being Kaiden’s lover.
It was when he saved her from falling down the cliff by risking his life when they were only seven years old that she lost her heart to Alpha Kaiden.
Tiffany still remembers that day as if it was yesterday. It was the time of autumn. Tiffany, Kaiden, Logan, Sean, Rina, and many of their other friends had gone to the mountains to have some fun. Their tourist guide had gone with them. He had warned them to not drift too far as he sat inside the cafe to have some tea at the top of the hill. It was a famous tourist location. It wasn’t the first time he was taking these kids on some kind of adventure either, so he knew that these were some responsible bunch of kids and knew not to worry too much.
Everyone was playing around the hills. They were playing the tagging game. It was at that time when suddenly a large bear came out of nowhere, making everyone rush here and there in panic.
Because of all the commotion, Tiffany was pushed to the edge of the cliff. Kaiden was a few meters away from her.
At that time, not only did he scare the bear away from her, but he even tried to help her when no one could.
Everyone had run inside the cafe to call their guide so they could help save Tiffany. But if Kaiden hadn’t held her hand, it would’ve been too late.
Even when he held her hand and tried to lift her, using his little or whatever alpha strength he had, his foot slipped on the wet soil, and they rolled down. He had held a tree’s branch to save themselves from falling into a river with a high current flow.
That day, he held her close to his chest for almost 20 minutes until they were rescued. It was at that moment when she knew that if she was ever going to fall in love with anyone, serve anyone,
and be devoted to anyone, it had to be Alpha Kaiden and no one else.
She tried everything and anything she could. However, as they started to grow and his
responsibilities started to increase, she could see him drifting apart.
Tiffany also learned from her mom that the destiny of love and finding a partner wasn’t in their hands. It was decided by the ultimate power, the moon goddess.
She became scared. What if the moon goddess didn’t pair them up? She couldn’t come to terms with it.
Tiffany knew she had to find a loophole around the situation.
No one knows how deep her love for Kaiden was. It wasn’t easy to devote yourself to a man who doesn’t even look at you.
When she was training to be a good combat fighter in the Argentina branch when she was 14, it was at that time she met a group of gypsies.
She didn’t know what gypsies were and how powerful they were. However, she heard her teachers talking about them.
It was known that if you ask a gypsy for a wish if they are in a good mood, they grant you that wish, and when that happens, even the moon goddess has to change her plans.
They had that kind of divine power just like that
She didn’t know if it was pure luck or fate or a chance that the moon goddess bestowed her with after seeing her true selfless love.
Tiffany escaped the camps at night to find where those gypsies were. She wasn’t trained in combat. Thus, finding the gypsies in the jungle while fighting off her fear and other threatening animals was nearly a challenge for her.
However, she kept moving forward. Despite her wounds and how much she bled, she kept moving forward until she finally found their magical home that glows only at night
It was one method to know where the gypsies were
In her wounded state, Tiffany knocked on the doors of the house.
The Gypsies weren’t happy. And honestly, no one would when people keep disrupting your sleep and peace just because they want their wish to come true.
However, when they saw how hard the teenager worked to find them, they were moved and asked her what her wish was.
To say Tiffany was ecstatic just by the news that they were ready to grant her the wish would be an understatement.
She hugged the gypsy who opened the door for her.
“There’s a person I love. His name is Kaiden Blackthom, the future alpha of the Dark Sinister pack. 1 want that man to be mine. I want him to love me as much as I love him. Please grant us an etemity together,” Tiffany wished, and the gypsies nodded at her granting her the wish that she deserved. They picked their wands, chanted something, and smiled.
“Your wish shall be fulfilled in our way,” They had said, and their wands had sparkled silver.
Tiffany returned with the happiest smile on her face.
However, who would’ve known that with every pleasure and magic comes a pain that is ten times harsher and unbearable?
It was a trick, or was it not? Tiffany didn’t know the entire truth.
The fact that the Gypsies fulfilled your wishes was a myth. Rather, if you ask them for something. they would ensure that it doesn’t happen and come to you in a more twisted manner. They called it a sacrifice for what you wanted.
She couldn’t even make it to the training when she got the call from her friends with the news.
The news changed everything for her. Alpha Kaiden was cursed to not have a mate or be able to touch any woman because he accidentally killed a witch’s baby while hunting for the rogues. To say she was devastated would be an understatement. She wailed and cried for hours, but, of course, no one heard it. No one bothered with it.
It was normal, right? She was probably throwing a tantrum. That’s what her painful cries meant to them.
If there had been anyone who has tried her best to be able to support alpha Kaiden, it has been her. If there had been anyone who had loved him the most after his parents, it was her.
So, how could they disregard her feelings by calling them a bunch of jealous reactions? How dare they?!

Even though she knew things weren’t night, she was ready to work for them. Tiffany had decided that she wouldn’t let a pair of psycho gypsies decide her future for her. That was the reason she had been hovering around Alpha Kaiden, kicking away every woman who tried to catch his
attention.
She was hanging on a little thread of hope, the hope that one day his curse would be cured, and when that happened, she wanted to be the first girl Alpha Kaden would want to mate with and call
his Luna.
Tiffany looked at the food in front of her and groaned in anger. She kicked the table away, the pain in her thighs making it ten times worse.
That rogue Anastasia, she will have it hard from now on.
You just wait and watch, Anastasia. You have no idea what kind of person you have messed with.
It might be the case that you have everyone’s support, maybe the Alpha’s attention too, but everything is nothing when it comes to a person’s psychotic love. You’ll see what I can do. Tiffany took an oath to herself to destroy this girl who laid her hands on her love.
How dare they kiss in front of her when she was the one who wished for him?
