Chapter 67
Nikolay:
“F c k, Nikolay, harder.” Ashley cried tightening her arms around me, scratching my back.
I grabbed her hands, raising them over her head, pulling out until only the head was inside before thrusting inside her, reaching my climax inside the condom.
Her body shuddered as she tightened around me, finding her release as she made a mess on the bed as she reached her climax. Her heart raced as I pulled out of her, the two of us breathing heavily.
The two of us looked one another in the eye, and I smiled, connecting my lips with hers in a gentle kiss. She wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me to her. The two of us have been going at it throughout most of the night, only stopping when we needed to rest or when we fell asleep.
“You know that I am going to need to go home, right?” I asked, lowering my voice to above a whisper.
“Do you really have to go?” She asked, pouting her lips. “You can stay a bit longer. I am sure that she doesn’t even know that you’re not around.”
“You and I both know that Katerina is far from being delusional nor is she the type to just not to notice that I didn’t come home. Plus, the kids have been missing me being around them. I don’t want to hurt them by not being there again.” I said, looking Ashely in the eye. The picture that Bianca drew the other day made my heart ache, but I knew not to comment about it right now.
“Alright, only because you brought up the kids. You know, the last thing that I would want is to be the woman to break you and your family apart,” she said, and I smiled. I got up from bed and picked up my phone from the charger, frowning when I saw fifty missed calls. All were from Miya and Alejandro.
I called Alejandro, choosing to speak to him first. Ashley, who was laying on bed, frowned when she saw my frown.
“Someone better be dying. You and Miya have burst my phone with the number of calls.” I said, shaking my head in question. I was furious with Katerina and what she said, and because of that, I put my phone on silent. There were no calls from her, but judging by the fact that even her personal maid called, it meant that something happened.
“The kids, boss.” Alejandro said, making my heart drop. “Both of them are staying in the hospital…”
I ran inside the hospital room to find Katerina sitting on the couch.
Her fingers massaged her own temple, and she frowned when she took sight of me entering the room. Both our children were fast asleep, but she looked like she didn’t sleep at all.
“What happened?” I asked, shaking my head in question. I walked toward her, running my finger over her jawline, wanting her to look at me.
“They ate something at school. I am going to find out what it is tomorrow when they leave.” She said, not bothering to look at me. She took a step back, and I watched as she sat on the couch again, keeping her

eyes on the kids. “You can leave if you want. Both of them are already asleep and have been taken care of. I am sure that you have work to take care of.”
“I didn’t see my phone as it was on silent. It’s the reason why I wasn’t here,” I said, and she nodded. Her eyes were fixed on the floor for a few seconds before she looked up at me.
“Well, now that you are here and have seen that they are both okay; I can assume that you would want to take care of different things. You know, it is always this way when you…”
“You really are trying to start a problem here when both our kids are sick?” I asked, stopping her. Her eyes widened in surprise before she let out a sarcastic laugh.
“Why am I even trying to explain anything to you?” She asked, shaking her head in question. “You are right, I am the one who is wrong for having Miya and Alejandro spend the whole night calling. Hell, even the hospital called because they didn’t understand why the kids’ father wasn’t here. I had to lie and tell them that it was because I forgot my phone.”
“As if that is not the case, always.” I said, and she shook her head. “You are the one who told me to keep my relationships secret. If you want me to open about them, all you have to do is ask. I am sure that the media are going to enjoy a little eye candy and spread around rumors.”
“What you do would not affect me, you can go around with every woman you want. But you have children, and these children have a reputation. If you choose to want to ruin it, then that is on you. I remember a time when your mother would have stopped you, but now you seem to have forgotten everything that…”

“Mama?” Andrew said, breaking her sentence midway. I looked at Katerina for a second, my eyes hardening before my eyes turned to my son. She walked toward him and sat on the edge of the bed beside him.
“Hi, baby.” Katerina said, her voice softening. Our little one looked around the room, trying to understand what he was doing here. “You were a little sick last night. Mama brought you and Bianca here. See, she’s asleep beside you.”
“I’m hungry,” he pouted, and Katerina laughed. She cupped his cheeks and kissed his forehead, the anger that I saw in her eyes almost instantly fading away.
“Well, mama can’t promise you any food now. You are still very tired, but do you want milk? I think that they can get you some?” She asked, and he nodded.
“And Bianca?” He asked, looking at his still sleeping sister.
“I’ll let them bring it for her when she wakes up. But right now, do you want to go to the bathroom? Does something hurt?” She asked, and he shook his head.
“I just hungry,” he said, and she nodded.
“Alright, baby. Mama will call them to bring you milk.” She said, getting up from bed. Her eyes met mine and I could swear that they instantly hardened as they did. “I think that you can have the courtesy of watching over your children for five minutes? Or do I need to call one of the maids…?”
