Claudia looked at Elva, her tone light and icy: “Elva, do you think that as long as Mom doesn’t wake up, you can turn black into white? As long as she doesn’t wake up and Derrick destroys the evidence, no one in this world can touch you?”
“What are you talking about! How could Mommy not wake up? Are you cursing Mommy?” Elva laughed confidently and boldly, she reached out to smooth her bangs and raised her voice, “It’s you who are afraid of Mom waking up, right? I hope Mommy wakes up more than anyone else, so you can’t falsely accuse me, and I can prove my innocence.”

“Yes, Mr. Friedan, Mrs. Friedan has woken up. She is having a meal. She asked me to call you and tell you to come home early.”
Upon hearing these words, Thomas and the Friedan family’s three brothers burst into laughter with joy.
Claudia was also excited to the point of tears.
