Just then, the doctor suddenly looked at her. “You’re the family member of Cicely in Room 666, right? Her results are out too.”
He quickly walked into the adjacent office and handed Claudia the diagnosis.
Claudia’s brows furrowed tightly when she saw the words “malignant tumor,” her heart sinking.
She took the results and headed to Edmond’s room. Edmond was awake but looked somewhat pale.
Claudia clenched the diagnosis paper. Edmond looked at her and said. “Give it to me. I can handle it.”
