“Oh…” Claudia chuckled, her eyes curved with a smile. “How long should I entertain her to make her happy? If she’s not happy, do I have to constantly appease her, and it would be even better if I let her scold and hit me? Should I be willing to do anything for her without any regrets?”

“I really liked your design.”
“Thank you,” Claudia smiled sincerely, and Rachel could tell right away that she genuinely liked her design.
