The doctor sighed with relief and began to pack up his medical supplies to leave when Gideon stopped him. “Wait,”

“No,” Gideon said, suddenly with a wicked grin, “Adam’s nose is swollen. I’ll help him with that.”
Adam looked at Gideon.
“Just returning the favor,” Gideon smirked maliciously.
He reached directly into the doctor’s medical kit and took out the antiseptic and antibiotic ointment, applying it directly to Adam’s nose.
Adam winced, clearly aware that Gideon was retaliating on purpose.
Adam gritted his teeth but didn’t utter a word.
Gideon frowned and thought. I’m not being gentle, but why isn this guy fighting back?”
Gideon deliberately applied more force.
Initially, Adam’s nose wasn’t as red, but after Gideon’s actions, it became even redder.
Yet, even in the end, Adam didn’t utter a sound.
