Nikolay:
I ran out of the house, following Anastasia who wouldn’t even turn to look
at me.
“Anastasia, for fucks sake…”
“Do not fucking touch me.” She snapped, taking a step back before I could even extend my hand to put a finger on her. Her eyes were wide with anger, and bloodshot red with tears. My heart broke because of it, and knowing that I was the reason behind it, I couldn’t help but feel guiltier than I ever had.
“Nasia, please just give me a chance to explain.” I said, trying to take her hand in mine. She took a step back again, raising her hands as to stop me from touching her.
“I have been fighting my life to be with you. Getting angry, bashing out on people, on your mother, fighting her, telling her that her son was mine, and that she couldn’t do anything to break the two of us apart, and what have you been doing? You have gone to fuck the bitch you claimed you didn’t want to marry.” She snapped, wiping her tears from her eyes. “To hell with you, Nikolay.”
“Please, Anastasia, I am begging you to just listen to me.” I said, wrapping my arms around her as I pulled her to my chest. She screamed, attracting people’s attention, and frowning, I let her go, watching as she glared at me.
“THE TWO OF US ARE FUCKING OVER! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO YOUR MOTHER WHEN SHE TOLD ME THAT THE TWO OF US WERE NEVER GOING TO BE TOGETHER, BUT NO! I FUCKING TRUSTED A MAN LIKE YOU!” She yelled at the top of her lungs, making my chest ache. She looked at Katerina, who walked out of the house with wide eyes. “I hope you’re happy to have ruined a relationship, bitch.”

“The man is my husband, Anastasia, and I believe if anyone is wrong here, it is not me.” She said, glaring at Anastasia who laughed.
“You have the audacity to marry a man who is in a relationship, and are claiming that you are not wrong? Fucks sake, your woman is just as amazing as you are, no wonder she agreed to marry you.” Anastasia said, laughing at Katerina as she wiped her tears. Katerina took a deep breath and smiled at her.
“If I am the one who ‘stole‘ him from you, then why didn’t the two of your fight to be together publically? Why did you choose to hide your relationship for years?” Katerina asked, raising an eyebrow at Anastasia. “For a man like him, and a woman like you, I don’t think that you should have had any ‘public image‘ issue. You are a beautiful woman, who supposedly comes from a ‘good background‘, then why the need to hide you? And don’t tell me that it is about his parents. If you wish to blame me for marrying a man who has kept his relationship secret with a woman like you, then I would be putting question marks on why he chose to hide you. Had I known that he was with another woman, he would have dreamt about having me in his house, let alone…”
“ENOUGH!” I yelled, stopping Katerina who laughed.
“She gets to call me bitch and I don’t state the facts? I was aiming on helping you get back to her. Regardless of whatever shit I would have faced for not making MY marriage work, I was willing to fight for you, but no, you are choosing to be a fucked up dickhead who THINKS that everyone should be listening to him.” Katerina said, glaring at me.
“One more word from you…”
“And you will do what, Nikolay? Huh? Are you going to abandon me? File a divorce?” She asked, stopping me. She didn’t bother wait for me to respond before she took a step back and walked inside the house. She slammed the door shut, and I turned to face Anastasia who clapped her hands for me.

“You chose her over me to be public with, right?” She asked, making, me frown. “You can rot in hell along with that bitch wife of yours”
She walked toward the first cab that stopped in front of her, and shaking my head, I walked back to the house, frowning when I saw Katerina standing in front of me. Her arms were crossed over her chest and tears fell from her eyes. “What the fuck did you just do?”
“What the fuck did I do?” Katerina asked, pointing at herself, looking surprised. “You chose to want to kiss me, and I am wrong? She calls me bitch, and I am wrong? The fucking woman claimed that I stole you from her when you chose ME for the sake of money, and I am wrong, right? Is that what you are saying?”

“I am going to make you regret this, Katerina. I swear I will make you hate the day you agreed to become my wife.” I said, glaring daggers at her. I could tell that she fought taking a step back at my threat, but it wasn’t a plain one. The anger that I felt toward her right now was one that I couldn’t think of describing, and the rage was one that would have had me hurting her if I heard one word out of her.
Therefore, choosing the latter, I took a step back and walked out of the house, slamming the door shut as my hands shook. Neighbors who had seen what happened with Anastasia stood close by, looking at me, studying my expression, probably worried that I would have abused Katerina. But seeing as I was out of the house, they all chose to leave, taking a step back as if they weren’t standing here to begin with.
“I am going to make you pay for this, Katerina.” I said, speaking to myself as I walked toward the nearest park. “I swear, I will make you regret this…”

Anastasia, and the two of us only saw one another when it was time to leave today.

I couldn’t help but notice the fact that she had lost a lot of weight, and seeing as she was mostly in her bedroom, I couldn’t really expect anything else. I had barely seen her eating anything since our argument.
It wasn’t until I heard a slap that I frowned and stopped before heading to my room, frowning in confusion when I saw Katerina standing by the staircase with her hand on her cheek. Mom, who glared at her, grabbed her by her chin, digging her fingers in, forcing her to look at her.
“What the fuck did you think you were doing?” She asked, and rushing toward them I wrapped my hand around mom’s wrist, forcing her to let the woman go as tears fell from Katerina’s eyes.
“I didn’t do anything!”
“Oh, really? You screaming at your husband…”
“How the fuck do you even know that?” I asked, mom, stopping her.
“You shut the fuck up. The two of you not only screwed things up, but also gave the bitch media what they wanted. You, a woman who is supposed to listen to her husband is now the talk of everyone, and you, the billionaire who can’t keep to one woman.” She said, glaring at me. I had to fight back yelling out, and shaking her head, Katerina burst.
“She came to the house. The two of us were spending time together and SHE CAME TO US!” Katerina snapped, letting her tears fall freely: “He followed her, what was I supposed to do?”
Mom walked toward her, pushing her back aggressively, and wanting to slap her again, I stood in front of them, wrapping both my hands around her wrists.

widened in surprise before she mocked me with a laugh that I recognized very well. It was the one she often used when she was shaming someone. “You of all people should not talk about what I do and do not do. Had it not been for me, this whole family’s reputation would have been buried deep in the ground.” She said, glaring at me. “You, Katerina, are going to be paying for this…”
“Yes, I will be paying for marrying your son. How about you both throw in a banquet and just kill me already? Rather than your threats, why not just kill me?” She asked, glaring at the two of us before she turned to the house’s door, opening it.
“Where the fuck do you think you’re going without permission?” Katerina didn’t bother responding as she slammed the door shut. Mom frowned and went to follow her, but instead, I pushed her back, not allowing her to. Her eyes widened in surprise when she noticed that, and I shook my head, silently warning her to tone it down.
“Katerina and I are going to move out of the house.” I said, not waiting for what she had to say. “Whatever you are going to say or do will not make a difference to me, but what you just did here crossed all lines, and if she chooses to sue you for domestic abuse, then I will not be responsible for the further outcome of this.”
“Very interesting, I defend your reputation, and you choose to abandon
me.”
“The woman had nothing to do with this, and you had the audacity to abuse her. I think abandoning is the right option, don’t you?” I said, glaring at her. “She will be staying at a hotel tonight and I will have the maids collect her things. Goodbye, mother…”
