Zoe couldn’t help but tear up.
Gripping the steering wheel, Mason didn’t start the engine for a long time. Then, he turned his head to the side, looked at her, and said,
Sherry has been missing you a lot for the past few days.”
She turned her head to the side and said, “Just drive.”
Tearing his gaze away from her, he kept his eyes on the road. About five seconds later, he started the engine and drove slowly.
The black Bentley’s tires rolled over the thin pockets of snow as it drove slowly on the street, taking them to places they had never been. They missed out on so many things in the last three years they were

Now that they were officially divorced, he couldn’t recall more than a
few sweet moments they shared. Most of the memories were either

It was a twenty-minute drive, but he dragged it out to an hour.
With that said, he could drive as slowly as he wanted, but every journey came to an end eventually. He leaned over and spoke when. he finally pulled over at her place.
“We’re here.”
She nodded in response and opened the car door.
His fingers, which were holding the steering, twitched lightly, but he didn’t try to stop her. He merely watched as she got out of the car, walked toward the elevator, and entered it.
