Chapter 509

To make things worse, Mason decided he’d tease her.

“Does it feel good? Is it because you get more horny the older you become? You just said you didn’t want to be with me, but what are you going to do about your lust? Who else could satisfy you the way I do?”

How shameless!

She wasn’t about to back down. “There are plenty of guys out there!”

Looking at her quietly, his eyes grew darker. There was a hint of menace and lust in his eyes. If she kept talking back to him, then he probably would force himself on her again.

Wearing a blank expression, he proceeded to grope her and touch her sensitive spots to get a reaction out of her.

Wrapping her arms around his neck, she leaned in closer just so he couldn’t see the embarrassed look on her face. Both of them remained quiet for a while before he leaned in her ear and whispered seductively, “I’m getting hard again!”

Of course, he didn’t act upon his lust. He wasn’t an animal.

It was worth mentioning that things would’ve been different if it was the old him. He would’ve satisfied himself first, without any regard to her feelings. Now, however, he genuinely loved Zoe and he was really serious about winning her back. After all, it took two to make love.

It wouldn’t have been the same if he forced himself on her.

With that said, he still groped and caressed her sensually for a long time. He didn’t let her go until there was a knock on the door. He was still pitching a tent when he threw her a flirtatious glance and rose to

open it.

Then, he pushed the serving cart into the suite. She smelled the food and proceeded to wash her face and put on her dress. However, her stockings were ripped up pretty badly. She couldn’t wear them.

anymore.

He said, “I’ll have someone send you a new pair of stockings!”

She didn’t turn down his offer.

The fact was that she hadn’t eaten much since last night. Now, she

was quite hungry.

She was quiet when she ate. Mason, on the other hand, continued to serve her and talked to her warmly. She might not have given him any reaction, but he was very patient with it. Zoe couldn’t help but think that men truly acted differently when they were trying to win a lady’s

heart

Half an hour later, she had had her fill and put down her cutlery.

Raising his eyes, he looked at her and said softly, “I’ll give you a ride home.”

Shaking her head, she said, “Take me to Ella’s apartment! I’m worried about her. I want to check on her.”

He smiled faintly in response.

Then, he ate his lunch wordlessly. After that, he brought her to the lobby to check out. She sat on the couch and waited for him while he dealt with the procedure. It gave her just enough time to text Ella.

The checkout procedure was done quickly and they made their way to the parking lot next door to get their car.

Mason waited until both of them were in the car before he said affectionately, “Buckle up! I’m taking you to Ella’s apartment now.

have a meeting in the afternoon. How about I pick you up after work?”

She had no intention to look like a lovey-dovey couple with him. Turning her head to the side, she said, “I’ll call a cab.”

Staring at her profoundly, he asked, “Are you trying to weasel out after you slept with me?”

She remained quiet and refused to respond to him.

Then, his black Bentley pulled out of the parking lot slowly with its windows lowered halfway through. At the same time, Gregory sat in his Rolls-Royce Cullinan and watched with a blank expression as they left the place.

He had been waiting for them outside the hotel while they slept with each other for the entire night.

Zoe might’ve looked cold and unresponsive when both of them came out of the hotel, but that was how it worked between a man and a lady. If she allowed Mason to sleep with her, then it meant she had accepted him on the inside as well.

She was merely acting cold because she had her pride.

Mason had always been the only man who had a place in her heart. “Why can’t she just love me?” Gregory murmured to himself.
